Delete your account

This page is for the Salendar app, made by Salendar. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open Salendar, go to your account settings and choose Delete account. Enter your password to confirm. The account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Enter the email address you signed up with. We will email that address to check the request came from you, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, password, gender, date of birth and push-notification token.
• Your saved deals and your preferred categories.
• Every signed-in session on every device.
• Your email address on our launch waitlist, if you joined it.

What is kept

Records of how deals were used (for example views, taps and saves, and, if you shared your location, where they happened) stay in our analytics so shops' statistics stay accurate, but they are no longer linked to you or your account. See section 9 of the Privacy Policy.

Partner accounts

If you list sales on Salendar through the partner portal, this page doesn't apply to that account. Email ceo@salendar.ph to close it.
